Fusion Grading was honored to be the grading contractor chosen by this customer in Mt Pleasant NC. They were in need of a grading company to perform grading for a new construction driveway leading to their future home site.
With their proposed home site over 1/2 mile from the main road, we were faced with many obstacle’s that required in-depth solutions to ensure a solid foundation and water-runoff management.
We started by removing the Trees & Stumps to gain access to areas that would require additional attention. This Driveway had 2 water runoff crossings where Driveway culvert pipe was needed.
Once we had a clear path, we were able to tackle the Grading & runoff issues. With soil varying from Carolina red clay to solid rock, our crew was able to cut in a smoothly graded path that was then topped with base stone. Along each side we placed drainage ditches and a series of check dams to slow the flow of water & prevent future runoff issues.
Once Completed we were left with a result that exceeded the expectations of our team and the customer!
